Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed in connection with this website (the "Site") is Meblesoft, an upholstery workshop based at plac Wolności 22/5, 57-500 Bystrzyca Kłodzka, Poland, tel. +48 606 319 796 (the "Controller").

2. What data we process and why

The Site has no contact form or other mechanism that collects data automatically. You get in touch by your own choice — by calling the phone number shown or messaging us on WhatsApp. When you do, we process the data you voluntarily share during that call or conversation (e.g. your name, phone number, the content of your enquiry, and photos of your piece) solely to prepare a free quote and respond to you, and — should we start working together — to carry out that work.

3. Legal basis for processing

4. Is providing your data mandatory?

Contacting the Controller and providing any personal data is entirely voluntary. Without contact details (e.g. a phone number), however, we won't be able to respond to your quote request.

5. Recipients of your data

Data shared by phone or WhatsApp is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Messages sent via the "WhatsApp" button are delivered directly through the WhatsApp application (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.

6. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area

The Site uses services from providers based outside the EEA: Google LLC (Google Maps embed, Google Fonts) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp). This may involve transferring technical data (e.g. your IP address) to the United States. These providers state that they apply appropriate legal safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). See their own privacy policies for details: Google, WhatsApp.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to it and, if applicable, carry out any resulting work, and afterwards for the period required by law (e.g. tax law), but no longer than 3 years from the last contact.

8. Automated decision-making

The Controller does not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, request data portability, and object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland (uodo.gov.pl), or with the supervisory authority in your own EU member state.

10. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time, e.g. following changes in the law or in how the Site operates. The current version is always available at this address, together with the "last updated" date shown at the top of the page.

11. Contact

For questions about how your personal data is processed, you can reach the Controller by phone: +48 606 319 796, or by post at: plac Wolności 22/5, 57-500 Bystrzyca Kłodzka, Poland.
